Tekken 8 will have a closed beta next month

The opportunity to try all the new features that Tekken 8 is bringing to the franchise ahead of its release is not something that should be easily dismissed, especially by long-time fans of the fighting video game series. Bandai Namco has just announced that a closed beta will take place next month and anyone can apply for a chance to participate. All you have to do is visit the page dedicated to the beta on the official Tekken 8 website and register for the beta.

New fighters

If you are selected to participate in the Tekken 8 closed beta you will receive a notification via email. Also, all those that participated in the previous closed network test that was held in July are automatically included in the new beta without having to register. Players will have access to a total of six battle stages in ranked and group matches. A total of 19 characters will be playable during the beta, including Jin, Kazuya, Jun, Paul, Law, King, Lars, Jack-8, Xiaoyu, Nina, Leroy, Lili, Asuka, Hwoarang, Bryan, and Claudio, who were available in the previous beta, but also Raven, Azucena, and Feng Wei. This last one has been introduced in a new video that also serves as an announcement for the event.
