Elden Ring is an epic action role-playing game born from myths. Looks like it would be worth a play through. Personally not a fan of Dark Souls style games since my game time is too limited to learn every enemies move sets and all that. Hopefully there's an easy mode! Haha

Just those six hours were some of the best hours of gaming I've had in recent memory,"To suggest that the game could be completed in 30 hours seems extraordinary as it felt like this world could go on forever. Though beating Elden Ring in 30 hours may be possible, I feel it would be doing this game and yourself a disservice."

This game will need your time, your patience and your dedication to complete it. Hard mode games are kinda rare nowadays, and i hope Elden Ring won't dissapoint. This is a must play for all gamers.

I wonder how much George R.R. Martin was paid to write the story for this – surely a lot considering his fame! Nevertheless I’m very curious and interested to see how a open-world “Souls” style game is going to play out, especially considering they seem to still be using the same engine (but upgraded of course) – not always easy to adapt a game engine from a linear game to an open world game :)

I hope elden is awesome but I'm still not sure as it just looks too familiar while being different in unfamiliar and potentiality unsoulslike ways. I will be gutted if it's a big empty lifeless world with little interactivity and not enough attention to details.

I’ve spent several hours with Elden Ring during the closed network test weekend, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since. The open-world structure blends with the Souls-style RPG mechanics incredibly well, and the combat is just as punishing and rewarding as previous FromSoftware games. This is definitely one to watch out for in 2022.

From what little I've seen the game looks really cool, too bad that the pc version is only a "port", in terms of performance. Even the interface doesn't seem to be adapted to keyboard and mouse players. After that playing with a pad solves the problem but hey...
