    In Cataclismo, you are in charge of keeping alive a group of survivors in the aftermath of a big catastrophe. Corruption has spread across the world in the form of the Mist, and hordes of monsters emerge from it. In the game, you must build an impregnable fortress that works as a secure haven for the survivor and a base of operations to explore the surrounding territories.

    Cataclismo is a real-time strategy game with a well-designed modular building system that lets you rapidly build defensive structures. You have total freedom to build your fortress however you choose but the best way would be to take advantage of the surrounding environment. The horrors from the Mist will come at you in hordes at night, one after another, and you won't have much time between assaults. Try to make the most of that time by exploring your surroundings, gathering resources, and building defenses. Adaptation is the key in a game where the conditions change with every attack.
