Capcom intends to make Monster Hunter Wilds more accessible
Monster Hunter Wilds will bring back the iconic series from Capcom with a new installment that promises to be more spectacular than its predecessors. Graphics with an increased level of detail, new combat mechanics, a plethora of weapons to choose from, and a variety of new monsters to hunt down in breathtaking scenarios are some of the highlights of the new video game. Many players have also tried the game during the open beta event held earlier this month. The feedback received from those participating was quite positive. However, there was one aspect of the game that raised significant concerns: the system requirements.
Too demanding, but there is hope
Monster Hunter Wilds is currently quite demanding when it comes to the system requirements to play the game on PC. This has raised some alarms in Capcom, and now the developer is looking to lower the specifications that a computer has to meet in order to run the game and enhance its performance on lower-end machines. The official Monster Hunter Wilds Germany account has revealed that the developer team is working hard to achieve that goal. Also, an accompanying video shows the game running on Performance mode for PS5.

We don't know if Capcom will manage to make Moster Hunter Wilds accessible to a larger number of players on PC or not, but a second open beta that will kick off next month will surely provide us with more information on this matter if any changes meet that deadline. However, it's quite likely that we will have to wait until the game is officially released on February 28 to find out the final system requirements to play Monster Hunter Wilds on PC. In any case, you shouldn't have any problems if your PC is capable of handling the current ones.
