Gameplay

Begin your journey in Pebberly Reef, a tranquil island paradise, then travel through the unexplored country in Overgrowth as you look for a cure for a variety of diseases. On the last part of your journey before unlocking the key to eternal youth, you must conquer the Topless Mountain Summit.

The game has thirty-four new illnesses; this includes ten full new visual illnesses. One of these afflictions is Wanderlust, a tendency to travel the world looking for adventures, usually in the form of risky activities that may endanger yourself and others. Another one of the new diseases is the Blank Look, a disease that makes you lose your facial features, needing the help of specialized machinery to return them back to normal.
