The Last of Us 2 is one of the biggest PS4 launches that fans are hungrily waiting for, so whatever update it is, no matter how trivial it may be, it's exciting news. According to Sony PlayStation, The Last Part of Us 2 "is coming soon." It is safe to assume that there could be a 2019 release to be revealed for the game. However, many are adamant that the game’s earliest release will be in 2020. Why the buzz? It’s probably just the internet being noisy again, hence the conclusion that The Last of Us 2 will be here this 2019. The highly anticipated sequel was listed in the "coming soon" category in several PlayStation official websites today. This includes some of the European branches like the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Germany. All these branches listed the game under the "coming soon" list. The fans have gone wild with theories as to when this "soon" will be. It is even more interesting since all the other games listed in the "coming soon" category are coming out this year. The Last of Us 2 is an upcoming game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It is a sequel to the 2013’s The Last of Us and it was announced for PlayStation back in December 2016. The game sequel is set five years from the first game in the post-apocalyptic United States. The players control a much older Ellie who comes in conflict with a mysterious cult. We shall wait for more updates from the gaming company in the coming months.
