Mortal Kombat 11’s final character and launch trailer
Mortal Kombat 11's latest video is so full of nostalgia that it’s almost going to make you cry. The classic characters of Mortal Kombat 11 meet their modern-day selves with an iconic soundtrack in the background. Just the right elements to make you interested in the game in case you are not one of the players eager to play it. Check out the launch trailer below.
This trailer of Mortal Kombat 11 published by NetherRealm Studios just five days before the official launch gives us a sneak peek of the game’s story mode that’s packed with Mortal Kombat style and characters. Regarding the characters, all of the fighters included in Mortal Kombat 11's roster have been revealed during the last few months, but the culmination of this process happened yesterday when the reveal trailer for the final character was published too.
Who is the last character?
The trailer for the last character reveal starts with an amazing soundtrack and Shao Kahn walking into the arena while crushing skulls with every step. He brings an oversized meat tenderizer with him. Next is Raiden, he makes an entrance from the other side skilfully wielding his spear. Then the fight starts. It´s such a good thing to hear "Fight!" back again! Just as the fight starts, Shao Kahn proceeds to beat Raiden with his hammer, but he also summons a spear at will and uses it to pierce his opponent's body. Like all the previous reveal trailers it features a one-sided battle where we can see many of Shao Kahn movements and strikes, and of course, it ends with a pretty gruesome fatality.
Mortal Kombat 11will be available on April 23rd, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC. You are still in time to pre-order it and unlock Shao Kahn. Check our comparator for the lowest price available online.
