CD Projekt just released the official modding tool for The Witcher 3

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a action role-playing game developed and published by CD Projekt. The Witcher 3 REDkit is available for free to all game owners on PC. According to CD Projekt's initial announcement of REDkit in November 2023, "it will allow you to create your own experiences in the game by making something completely new or editing existing quests and content."

Now nine years old, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is set to receive a fresh infusion of creativity with this REDkit update. Modders can now access refurbished versions of the same tools used by the original developers to create this legendary game, enabling them to produce top-quality mods.
