My Humble Bundle account was recently hacked, and purchases totaling around €120 were made. I immediately submitted a support ticket – and what can I say? Within less than three days, the money was fully refunded via PayPal. The communication was friendly, transparent, and straightforward. I had expected significantly more bureaucracy and a longer wait, but instead, my issue was resolved quickly and with a focus on customer satisfaction. I've been a Humble customer for many years – and this experience has once again confirmed that I'm using the right service. Thank you to the support team!

I appreciate that a portion of the proceeds often goes to charity, and the bundle format offers good value for money overall. However, I did have to wait quite a while for a sold-out key to be restocked.

The one-off offers are interesting and part of the money often goes to charities, but I had to wait a long time for a restock of an out-of-stock key.

Great occasional offers and the possibility of donating part of the money to charity are a big draw.

One of the most traditional game stores on the market and a pioneer of the bundle concept. Very reliable, but be aware that keys from their bundles usually have an expiration date.

I have to say that the September 2026 Choice bundle struck me as weak, as has been the case lately.

The combination of game collections and charitable initiatives makes every purchase feel more rewarding than simply buying another digital key.
