You have managed to thwart the plans of a powerful vampire lord in the lands of Skyrim, but Tamriel is far from being a peaceful land. Monsters roam the land and different factions struggle for power in every nation, but the return of an old enemy will put everyone in danger, and this time it's coming from a very different realm. The Imperial city of Leyaviin is the origin of a Machiavellian plot that aims to spread chaos and destruction through all Tamriel. The Longhouse Emperors have made a pact with otherworldly forces and the Prince of Destruction. You will have to explore the lands of Blackwood to find out what are their plans and stop them.
The Elder Scrolls Online - Blackwood is a new expansion for The Elder Scrolls online that is part of the Gates of Oblivion year-long adventure. It adds new regions to the game, including the Imperial city of Leyaviin and the bog of Shadowfen. It will allow you to embark on an epic adventure to stop a conspiracy that is putting the future of your world at risk. With a brand new storyline and plenty of new quests to take on, Blackwood also brings a brand new companion system. These new allies will fight alongside you and help you with their unique abilities.
But the lands of Blackwood are even more dangerous now that they are under the influence of the Daedra. Portals to Oblivion can appear through the region and only you can cross them to fight the monstrosities inside them and close them before they can cross to your realm to wreak havoc. And if you are looking for even bigger challenges, the trial of Rockgrove requires you to prevent a tribe of Argonians from summoning a powerful Daedric army. You will need to enlist the help of other heroes to come out of this difficult challenge victorious.
The Elder Scrolls Online - Blackwood expands the content in the game with plenty of new features.
