The latest installment of the Star Wars franchise brings us first-person multiplayer space dogfights. Take control of starfighters such as the X-wing and TIE fighter and customize them with different load-outs and cosmetics. Divert power between weapons, shields, and engines in strategic 5 vs. 5 space battles. Change your ship to suit your play style and squadron to win with your team and complete tactical objectives across known and never-before-seen battlefields, including the gas giant of Yavin Prime and the shattered moon of Galitan. Climb the ranks and unlock new components like weapons, hulls, engines, shields, and cosmetic items in a clear path for progression that keeps gameplay fresh and engaging.

The single-player story is set after the events of The Return of the Jedi. Alternating perspectives between the two factions make the story compelling, with both sides are battling for the galaxy. The New Republic fights for freedom. The Empire demands order. Which one will you join?
