Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League's first season is bringing the Joker

The first season of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is starting on March 28th and it will bring us one of the most beloved villains of the Batman universe. Also, developer Rocksteady has confirmed that the delayed Epic Games Store version of Suicide Squad is now scheduled to launch on 26th March.

The Joker will come to the Arkhamverse by Brainiac from the "Elseworlds", a type of alternate reality. He is obviously going to be an unusual Joker, as he features unique traversal abilities and weaponry, including a dainty mace and a rocket-powered umbrella that'll let him launch into the air, drift, and grind on buildings to knock enemies out of the way.

Each of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League post-launch seasons will be themed around a different DC character. We have to wait to see what other characters will join Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League at a later date, and when they implement their planned offline modus, but the year seems full of interesting things to come.

Suicide Squad's Season 1 is also set to include new Joker-themed playable content, including two new episodes - featuring new missions, activities, and strongholds - new boss fights and enemy variants, as well as new DC Villain-themed weapons and gear.
