South Park: Snow Day! will launch next Spring

Playing with the snow is not something you usually do in Spring, but this may change in 2024. THQ Nordic has just announced the official release date of the next instalment in the South Park video game franchise. South Park: Snow Day! is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC on March 26, 2024.

South Park: Snow Day! will feature your favourite characters from the popular animation series in a new adventure that will decide the future of the town. A blizzard has covered the town in snow and school has been canceled. The consequences would be negligible anywhere else, but in South Park, this situation opens the door to an epic adventure where the New Kid will join Cartman, Stan, Kyle, and Kenny.

Unlike South Park: The Stick of Truth and South Park: The Fractured But Whole, the new instalment in the series is not an RPG adventure, but a cooperative multiplayer game. South Park: Snow Day! will have you battling through a snow-covered scenario while you try to figure out who has conjured the blizzard and how to stop it so the town goes back to normal. The game features exciting battles on 3D scenarios and all the irreverent humour of your favourite animation series.

Collector's Edition

Alongside the announcement of the release date, THQ Nordic has also revealed the contents included in the South Park: Snow Day! Collector's Edition. If you choose to purchase it, you will receive the base game, a Snow Globe featuring Grand Wizard Cartman, a Talking Toilet Paper Holder, a Knit Beanie, some Tarot Cards, and the Original Soundtrack.
