A few days ago, Creative Assembly revealed its plans for launching more legendary heroes for Total War: Warhammer III in the future but were waiting for a totally new faction to arrive in the game. The Chaos Dwarves have been a long-time favorite of the fans of Games Workshop's miniatures. The "evil" counterparts of the Dwarfs are as resilient and tough as their cousins, but their malicious sorcery and appetite for destruction know no boundaries. The Total War: Warhammer III - Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs DLC will add them as a playable faction next month. They will arrive on April 13, 2023, along with a new update for the game. Fire and brimstone
You won't be short of options with the Total War: Warhammer III - Forge of the Chaos Dwarfs DLC. It includes three new legendary lords to command your armies: Astragoth Ironhand, High Priest of Hashut; Drazhoath the Ashen, Sorcerer Prophet of Hashut; and Zhatan the Black, commander of the Tower of Zharr. Each of these grants different bonuses to the troops they command, and favors a completely different strategy in the game. Also, a new legendary hero will join the ranks of the Chaos Dwarfs: Gorduz Backstabber, a fearful hobgoblin that rides a giant wolf.
The Chaos Dwarfs heavily focus on war machinery and sorcery to make fire rain over their opponents on the battlefield, and as a commander, you will have at your disposal a wide selection of troops with ranged capabilities. They are supported by the bull centaurs, heavily armored monsters capable of trampling their enemies. The gigantic Bale Taurus, Great Bale Taurus, and the Lammasu are the icing on the cake and will be quite challenging opponents for any other army.
