New Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero DLC drops with fan-favorite fighter

In a move that caught fans off guard, Bandai Namco has announced a brand-new DLC fighter for Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero—the original character Shallot from Dragon Ball Legends. Revealed via a short trailer on June 17, Shallot will officially join the ever-expanding roster on June 26. Players who own the Season Pass will gain early access to the character starting June 23.

A Familiar Face Joins the Roster

This marks the first time Shallot appears in a mainline Dragon Ball game outside the mobile space. Originally introduced in the 2018 mobile title Dragon Ball Legends, Shallot has built a dedicated fanbase despite never appearing in the anime or manga. His arrival in Dragon Ball: Sparking!
