Tough it out with fatigue, accidents, and sicknesses like a real-life cyclist. You can change their settings to alter the frequency and their effects—just be prepared to deal with the long-term consequences to yourself and your opponents.

New challenges abound with race preparation. Now, five random challengers will be sufficiently prepared for the competition while five are not—you just don’t know which cyclist is which! You need to keep an eye on every one of your opponents as you race.
