Hammerting is a building simulator that will let you create and manage your own dwarven colony. War ravages the land above you and you promised to supply your allies with weapons and armor. You will have to deep into the earth to gather resources in a mining operation like no other. Of course, you will start with a few dwarven companions but later on, if you manage to develop your mining colony properly and satisfy the production demands, you will be able to expand your underground facilities and recruit more dwarves to help you with your mission.

In Hammerting, all the dwarves of your clan have unique personalities, abilities, and traits, so you will need to keep those in mind when assigning work to them if you want to be as efficient as possible. You will be tasked with creating certain types of equipment and weapons as the game progresses, and getting them ready in time is a must. Also, you will discover that dwarves are very good at digging and have a preference for vertical constructions, so creating a system of elevators to transport materials and people through your colony will be a must. That's even more important if you consider that better resources can be found the deeper you dig.
