Enter a world that has moved abandoned the civilization. FAR: Lone Sails is an award-winning atmospheric exploration game where you travel across a post-apocalyptic wasteland on a ship. How far will you go? What has happened to the world? Only you can find out the answers.

In FAR: Lone Sails, your ship is your life. It’s a strange combination of a land and sea vehicle, equipped with sails and wheels. As it moves across the land, you must keep it running by maintaining its various functions: fueling it, keeping its engine running, repairing damaged parts, and putting out fires. On occasion, you will stumble across puzzles that impede your progress, and also scavenge parts you can use to upgrade and repair your ship.

You travel onward only in a single direction, across a barren landscape filled with the ruins of a destroyed civilization. You fight no enemies in this world, the real dangers are the environmental hazards that you encounter and the ever-unpredictable weather. If you can survive it all, you can roam as far as the horizon can take you, driven only by your resilience and curiosity as to what lies ahead.
