Devil May Cry 5 is the fifth instalment of the action-packed video game series Devil May Cry. It is developed and published by Capcom, the same company that gave birth to the original Devil May Cry video game. The threat of the demonic powers will return in Devil May Cry 5. The invasion starts with the seeds of the demon tree taking root in the Red Grave City. With the dark powers looming over the city, the demon hunter Nero arrives at the place with his partner Nico. In this title, Dante and Nero are back along with a new character named V. The game features stylish combat with multiple types of attacks and weapons.
One of the additions to the series in this title is a soundtrack that changes depending on the player's performance during combat. While the attacks of Dante and Nero have already been shown by Capcom in previous games, the new character V is yet to disclose his fighting style and combat skills. However, in the Games Awards 2018, the trailer teased the players all over the world of V’s devil-like combat stance. His hairs turn white, and he uses a combination attacks with his cane and through his demon pets.
Devil May Cry 5 uses the RE Engine, the same one used in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. It aims for realistic graphics and targets 60 frames/second on all platforms at its release. This game has already won the Future Division award in Tokyo Game Show last year, and since then the gaming community has been looking forward to its official release.
