Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will have several expansions

Developer Warhorse Studios is immersed in the release process for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, which will become available to play in two weeks. The studio sent the review keys to the media quite early, and there are plenty of informed opinions about the game on the internet. A majority of them are overwhelmingly positive and agree that the game offers a superb experience on all fronts. From its deep narrative that lets you immerse in a medieval adventure to the details of a combat system that is more accessible than ever without losing its charm, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 manages to captivate the player with its features. The hype for the upcoming release of the game is through the roof and it will probably be the first big title of 2025. The developer studio does not plan to end its work with the game there and has revealed a very solid roadmap for this year that is full of new content for players to explore.

2025 roadmap

The content in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will be expanded with several DLC and free updates that will add new features. After the game is released, three new features will be added throughout the spring. Horse racing will be introduced alongside a barber that will allow players to customize their looks. Also, a new Hardcore Mode will provide those players looking for an additional challenge with a perfect scenario to put their mettle to the test. Then, during the summer, the first expansion for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will arrive via the Brushes with Death DLC, which will introduce a new quest featuring an enigmatic artist. This one will be followed by two other DLCs: Legacy of the Forge and Mysteria Ecclesia. These will respectively allow players to delve into Henry's heritage and take him to an isolated monastery in a covert mission.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will also receive a series of free updates throughout 2025 that will include a variety of quality-of-life changes and gameplay enhancements that are yet to be revealed in detail by the developer studio. With all these additions, the game aims to keep the fans entertained during the coming months. But first, we all hope for an optimal release on February 4.
