Diablo 4 has a release date

After watching The Game Awards 2022 it's very clear that 2023 is going to be an awesome year for video games. We don't know if the next Game of The Year will be similar to Elden Ring, but there will be quite a few strong contenders for the award, and a couple of them will launch next summer. Baldur's Gate 3 is one of those, but Activision Blizzard has revealed the release date of Diablo 4, and it will arrive a couple of months earlier than Larian Studios' creation.

The most iconic ARPG series of all time will receive a new installment on June 6 for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and Xbox One. Diablo 4 will continue the epic saga that narrates the story of the Nephalem and their fight against the evil demon lords from Hell. The game will take us again to the world of Sanctuary, which continues to be threatened by demonic forces. Diablo 4 will offer gameplay full of action, a revamped skill tree system, the return of old classes like the Druid, intense fights against hordes of demonic creatures, new stats for the countless items that you will be able to find, and a sprawling open world with five regions that you will be able to explore as you choose. All these features and an unprecedented customization level for the characters never seen before in the series aim to make the new game quite different from Diablo 3.
