DOOM Eternal introduces more powerful demons in its new update

DOOM Eternal offers you a great experience with lots of demons to kill and frenetic action but Bethesda is already working on expanding its content with new and interesting additions. Update 1 is already in the works and the creators of The Elder Scrolls series have detailed what kinds of features it will bring to the game once it's released. Optimizations, bug fixes and new events are the core of this update but one of the most exciting additions comes in the form of Empowered Demons, a new feature that will turn any demon that kills a player during the campaign into a killing machine. The best part is that those demons will be teleported to other players' games and someone else will have to deal with them. Of course, if you manage to defeat one of those you will receive increased rewards.

Other than that, DOOM Eternal developers also focus on BATTLEMODE with this update, and they bring forth a series of changes that aim to make the gameplay smoother and improve the overall experience. Those changes include an improved tutorial walkthrough, a Death Deport screen that will offer the players more info during the matches, a poor network indicator, and Echelon Leveling for those players that have reached the maximum. Update 1 will also add some social features to DOOM Eternal by allowing you to create friends lists Bethesda.net. It will make much easier to invite your friends to your games.

But the Update 1 is not all that Bethesda has revealed about the upcoming content for DOOM Eternal and a couple of screenshots that tease the upcoming Campaign DLC have been published on the official Twitter account of the game. Nothing else has been revealed about the expansions so far but we expect to have more information very soon.
