    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

How does the 'Memory Weaving' mechanic interact with the 'Echoes' found in different zones?
Memory Weaving allows players to combine different Echoes, each containing fragments of the past, to create powerful new abilities and alter the present-day environment.
Can I permanently miss out on certain Echoes in a zone, or are there opportunities to revisit areas later?
While some Echoes are tied to specific events or story moments, most zones can be revisited, allowing players to discover previously missed Echoes and complete their Memory Weaving combinations.
Does the order in which I collect Echoes impact the outcome of the Memory Weaving process or the abilities I unlock?
The order of collection can influence the discovery of new Memory Weaving combinations, leading to different ability variations. Experimentation is key to finding all possible outcomes.
How does the 'Time Ripple' ability affect exploration and puzzle-solving?
Time Ripple is used to briefly rewind or fast-forward certain elements in the environment, such as moving platforms or activating ancient mechanisms, enabling players to navigate complex areas and solve unique puzzles.
Are there any consequences for using the Time Ripple ability excessively, such as penalties or resource limitations?
Time Ripple has a cooldown period, so players can't spam it. There are no other penalties, but clever use is crucial for efficient progress.
How does the game balance the combat encounters, considering the ability to manipulate time?
Combat encounters are designed to account for time manipulation. Enemies have varied attack patterns and behaviors, and players must carefully use Time Ripple to create openings and exploit weaknesses.
Can I reset the effects of Memory Weaving if I'm not satisfied with the resulting ability?
Yes, players can 'unweave' memory combinations to reallocate their resources and experiment with different ability combinations at any time.
Are there any hidden Echoes or Memory Weaving combinations that offer unique story insights or character development?
Yes, discovering secret Echoes and completing obscure Memory Weaving combinations provides additional lore, character backstories, and further contextualization of the world.
How do character stats and abilities evolve through Memory Weaving and combat?
Characters do not directly gain stats. Abilities are upgraded through use and through finding specific Echo combinations that add new properties to existing skills.
Does the world dynamically change based on the player's memory weaving choices and actions?
The core story remains the same but certain Memory Weaving choices and Time Ripple usage can influence certain environmental details and minor events, adding depth to the player experience.
