Persona 5 Tactica

Join the Phantom Thieves in a new adventure set in the iconic universe of Persona games. Their arrival at a new realm where the citizens live under the oppression of a paramilitary group Legionnaires ends with them in a vulnerable position. Fortunately, a mysterious girl named Erina rescues them and reveals that a revolutionary force opposes the tyrannical rulers of the realm. It's up to the Phantom Thieves to discover what's really going on and if they want to support Erina in her revolution.

Persona 5 Tactica features thrilling battles where the Phantom Thieves fight against a multitude of enemies using their Persona powers. You can field up to three Phantom Thieves at a time on each battle, and they can use a special type of attack known as Triple Threat, that targets all the enemies inside the triangular area formed by your characters on the battlefield. The turn-based action takes place on a grid-based map where the enemies and your characters are positioned and make movements and attacks.

Persona 5 Tactica combines turn-based RPG and strategy mechanics to deliver a new and exciting type of experience set in the Persona universe.

Persona 5 Tactical is a fun spin-off of the Persona saga that combines turn-based strategy with the charisma of the Phantom Thieves. It has a new story, original characters and a very attractive chibi visual style. I find it an accessible game for newcomers to the genre, but also with enough depth and challenge for strategy fans. Plus, it can be enjoyed on Xbox Game Pass from day one. I think it's a good way to expand the Persona universe.

Hope this comes to Switch later on. And yes it's gonna be a while for Persona 6. I'm still waiting for a Arena sequel later on. The gameplay for this reminds me a little bit of the Mario & Rabbids series.

Encore du nouveau pour Persona 5, sous un angle totalement différent et plutôt attirant. Je me demande si les développeur gère bien ce style, même si je n'en doute pas !
More Persona 5 news, from a totally different and rather attractive angle. I wonder how well the developers handle this style, although I'm sure they will!

Licence Persona n'a absolument plus rien à prouver en espérant que celui-ci soit de la même lignée
The Persona license has absolutely nothing left to prove, so let's hope this one follows in its footsteps.

Persona 5 Tactica doesn't get lost too much in narrative preambles and launches us almost immediately into the heart of the action: for an unknown reason during one of the gatherings of our favorites, the Phantom Thieves, the café LeBlanc is teleported into a world of the Metaverse. From a gameplay point of view, Persona 5 Tactica presents the basis of a turn-based tactical RPG very similar to other exponents of the genre such as XCom or Mario + Rabbids.

"Persona 5" is widely praised for its engaging turn-based combat system. The tactical aspect involves exploiting enemy weaknesses and utilizing the unique Persona system. Effective team coordination, strategic use of skills, and persona fusion are key elements. Additionally, the negotiation mechanic adds depth, allowing players to recruit or extort demons. The game's stylish presentation enhances the tactical experience, making it a standout in the RPG genre."

Interesting games. I like all turn-based strategy games but have never delved into the world in person. I will give it a chance when it drops in price or when it comes out on game pass
