Struggling is a physics-based comedy adventure where you play a two-armed fleshy mutated abomination. You and your co-player must control its weird wiggly limbs to move around and manipulate the environment. Do you have the coordination to survive?

Communicate with your friend so you can work together and decide where to move. You must manipulate each arm to grab onto surfaces and objects. Solve puzzles, avoid traps, and overcome physics challenges: you may need to operate machines, jump across chasms, or swing from a steel pipe to get across a ravine. You will need to traverse various challenging locations, from laboratories, stone valleys, and even a psychedelic nightmare. Over time, you gain even more strange abilities, such as slowing down time, detaching your arms, and reattaching them to other surfaces.
