Enter the war for supremacy in space with X3: Albion Prelude, a sandbox simulator where you play as a space pilot in a vast, open universe ruled by megacorporations. Roam the space routes, fight with other pilots, trade goods, and build a better, more powerful ship as you gain wealth.

War has erupted between Earth and the races of the X Universe. With the galaxy in conflict, the megacorps have decided to take advantage of the situation. They are racing to build massive accelerators, forming galactic highways in that will play a major role in space economies.

Featuring a new stock exchange where you can invest your hard-earned cash, and an improved UI that shows charts for economic changes, X3: Albion Prelude provides another step towards immersion in the growing universe of X3. Just note that saved games for Albion Prelude are not compatible with those of the previous game, X3: Terran Conflict.
