A 2.5D action RPG made in the style of the Valkyrie Profile series and Octopath Traveler, Eiyuden Chronicle features more than a hundred characters for you to play as you progress through this multifaceted adventure.

The great land of Allraan, populated by humans, elves, beastmen, and desert people alike, has seen its share of conflict, driven by swords and the power of magical rune-lenses. But of late, the Galdean Empire has managed to find a way to empower rune-lenses to the point where they have outpaced all other nations. Now they are on the warpath, seeking an artifact that will expand their influence even more.

Amidst this conflict, a young Imperial officer named Seign Keisling and a village boy named Nowa meet and become friends. However, the winds of war will inevitably pull them into a conflict where they must both determine for themselves what is true and just.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes employs a unique combat system that harkens back to the classic JRPG styles while designed for modern audiences. After about ten hours I can tell you that the game is really well developed, the difficulty is all in all very good and it is nice and long-lived. You will have a lot of hours of gameplay ahead of you with excellent replayability

very good, very addictive game, even though I'm not a fan of this style of game, I didn't notice the time go by while I was playing it, so it's a big plus.

if u liked the first1 definitelly get this1 too exploring, more heroes, pog abilities and pog boss fights style is 2.5D classic jrpg my only complain is the price, 50$ (steam) is a lot, and 80$ for the deluxe which give u a couple of consumable and some wallpapers... thats 30$ extra... in a single player game... classic 2024

The music and voice acting are great I can't believe how boring this game is. Run around and every 15 seconds your in a fight, not to mention correcting puzzles and exploring with no fast travel and can't just Pause/save either. Garbage.

I'm really enjoying it so far. It meets my expectations and i'm hopeful for a sequel and if they announced one, I'd eagerly await that one as well. I wish more games did the whole "hq upgrades and you can recruit a ton of recruitable heroes."

Visually, it looks great. The gameplay looks great as well. The obvious question though is whether it'll actually be good or not. I'm not familiar with the developer and from looking them up, there's very little to go on. I can't wait for this. Just really, really hoping it turns out fantastic.

I'm glad Eiyuden Chronicles (EC) finally came out. I backed it during the first 8 hours of the Kickstarter drop. I was just a basic bro. Bought the cheapest thing that got me the game, but I was so excited for the premise of this game. I'm glad it finally came out and that I get to play it... but dang, does this game need some more work, some BASIC QoL improvements and a bit more time in the oven.

I've been able to play about 30 minutes of the game since I got it. I like this genre, I'm happy with it, it reminds me of Suikoden. However, I deplore the translation work, which reflects more the translation team in charge than the game's developers.
