The SG-1 universe comes alive in Stargate: Timekeepers, an RTS game where you command a team of specialists to defeat the Gou’ald menace.

Taking off from the end of Season 7 of the Stargate SG-1, the game branches off into its own story as it follows Commander Eva McCain and her team as they support the Jaffa Resistance. During a battle against Dolus, the new lord of the Gou’ald, the team is caught in a time loop. Somehow they must break through this loop, fulfill their missions, and come back alive.

Lead your team to fight the Gou’ald:

Eva McCain, a martial artist with expertise in automatic rifles.

Max Bolton, a nimble-footed sharpshooter who can climb high places and take down enemies from afar.

Sam Watson, a master spy and an expert on alien tech.

Derreck Harper, a hacker, an expert in drone technology, and a healer.

A’ta, a Jaffa rebel and thief who wields a Ma’tok staff.

Xugga, strong Unas warrior and veteran.

Work behind enemy lines. Use your team’s individual skills and take down your enemies with speed and stealth. Use the time loop to your advantage by replaying missions until they go perfectly. Master time itself to win the war in Stargate: Time Keepers.

when you have no inspiration, you make a time loop. It feels like a dead loop, but it doesn't feel right. We'll have to see.

Every once in a while coming back to this Ip is enjoyable. If they don't completely patch the story something enjoyable may come out, at least for Stargate fans like me.

Stargate: Timekeepers is an RTS - not a very popular genre - and it remains to be seen whether the game will surprise us.

This game seems to be one of the better indie games in this genre (real-time tactic). I may try it out because I like the older Stargate movie. 4 out of 5 stars.

Stargate: Timekeepers is a strategic-tactical video game developed by Creative Forge and produced by MGM Studios. Compared to games like Desperados III and Shadow Tactics, in Timekeepers the player leads a team of specialists in a narrative campaign set in the universe of Stargate SG-1, the first show in MGM's long-running franchise, in which they must infiltrate behind the lines enemies. Will we be able to stop the Goa'uld using the skills at our disposal?

With gameplay similar to Shadow Tactics and the famous Desperados 3, the new Stargate: Timekeepers also brings impressive visuals and 14 story-based missions. We will control a group of specialists, where each character has his own skills and abilities. For fans of strategic games, this title should be quite intriguing.
