Here comes the grand finale of the “Mysterious Saga”: Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings DX. This time, the tale follows a pair of alchemist twins named Lydie and Suelle who are busy running their father’s atelier shop. Being novice alchemists, they don’t see a lot of business...until they uncover a strange painting. The artwork acts as a portal, allowing the sisters to enter its world, where they can find the rare materials needed to create excellent items. The twins must live their day-to-day lives running the shop while going on adventures in the mystical world of the enchanted painting.
As with the other episodes of the “Mysterious Saga", you must fulfill quests and fight monsters to gain a reputation as ateliers. Over time, you will discover various secrets and unlock powerful abilities that will mark you as master alchemists. Atelier Lydie and Suelle also features familiar faces from the previous episodes of the saga. This is important because you can now control up to six characters in combat. Your party is divided into three pairs, with one attacker and one support.
