It is said that revenge and ambition are always hungry. So they are in the swashbuckling open-world RPG Vendetta: Curse of the Raven’s Cry. You are the dread pirate Christopher Raven, out for revenge against Captain Neville Scranton and his band, the Devil’s Tines, for maiming you and murdering your entire family. He is embittered when he learns the Devil’s Tines are caught in the 1692 Port Royal earthquake and are presumed dead. But by chance, he discovers a foul murder that bears the handiwork of Scranton, and the hunt is back on.
Overland and on the sea. Explore an open world set in the 18th century Caribbean, with both seas and shores teeming with enemies. Face pirates, cannibals, savage wildlife, and government factions in your quest to find the man who wronged you.
A pirate’s life. Gain savage new attacks and combos by upgrading your stats. Purchase and upgrade your pirate ship which you can bolster with all sorts of weapons accurate to the time period. Hire a crack crew to man your ship and fight your battles with you.
Accumulate a fortune. Go on expeditions, uncover treasure, trade at ports, or try your luck at gambling.
Build your reputation. Gain notoriety by committing terrible deeds, or show mercy and build yourself up as a hero. Either way, your choices will shape how the world sees you.
