The war begins again with Splatoon 3! Welcome to the Splatlands, far from the original arena of Splatsville. It’s been one and a half years since the last Splatfest, and it’s time for Inklings and Octolings to start up the feud once more. Join up with a team of four and take on opposing teams in a turf war fought with guns and ink.
Switch between two forms: your humanoid form where you can fire ink guns, splat your enemies, and spread your team’s ink, and your squid or octopus form where you can swim rapidly through your team’s ink, hide, and recharge your ink tanks faster.
Choose between Inkling or Octoling--both races are now available from the start! Customize your character with hair color, eye color, gear, and clothes. In addition, you get a Little Buddy: an allied Smallfry that you can customize too.
Select from an arsenal of old and new weapons. The E-liter 4K Scope, Range Blaster, and Splattershot make their return. New ones include a bow-and-arrow weapon, an Inkzooka like blaster gun, and more!
Use new tactics and techniques. The Squid roll lets you leap and spin through the air from your team’s ink, and the Squid Surge lets you rapidly swim up walls and jump at the top.
