Get your car ready because it's time to leave for Chromapolis! Splatoon 2, like its predecessor Splatoon, is a third-person shooter in which you play as an Inkling, a humanoid capable of turning into an octopus to surf the ink. Splatoon 2 offers a single player campaign, and an online multiplayer mode, and it will be compatible with the Amiibo using the Joy-Con or Pro Controller. Exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, Splatoon 2 makes full use of the technological innovations of the console. Indeed, the aim uses the gyroscopes present in the joysticks you play with, the Pro Controllers or the Joy-con. You can also play wherever you want in "tablet" mode by using the console screen. A voice chat will also be available via the Nintendo mobile application. Splatoon 2 obviously brings a lot of novelties. New maps, new outfits, but also new weapons, such as the Splat Dualies, a two-handed weapon, or the Chromo Jet, a sort of jet-pack powered with ink. Each weapon has a secondary mode and a special mode. Splatoon 2 also offers a new musical atmosphere to accompany your parties, to the rhythm of Wet Floor, the new group in fashion at Chromapolis.
