Tasos was once a peaceful and friendly place but it hides a terrible threat underground. In the depths of the four Great Dungeons, the ancient seals are getting weaker. These seals were created to protect the world from the evil Titans and their servants. As the protection weakens, they begin to spread evil. The goddesses who created these seals have begged for help to stop these dark creatures, and only a fearless team of warriors can do it. 

Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos is a classic roguelite action-RPG game in pixel-art style, that can be played solo and also in cooperation with up to 4 players. Rogue Heroes features a huge world with procedurally generated dungeons, which guarantees that each game will have different room layouts, traps, and enemies. Your task is to save the land of Tasos and the whole world from the evil Titans. Before you embark on a journey, you will create your own character. You can choose between 8 different classes:

- Hero - A balanced class, strong in many aspects but not specialized in any field. With his "sprint" skill he will adapt well to any scenario. 

- Ranger - A ranged fighting champion with a bow. He can deal high damage while being very mobile, using his "dash" ability to escape from danger or to change positioning and counterattack. 

- Witch - Equipped with potions, she is very resistant, deals high magic damage, and is very mobile. Thanks to her broomstick she can fly over traps and chasms. 

- Thief - A master assassin with the ability to "fade" to become invisible and enhance his movement speed increases. Positioning is key when coming out of the shadows to deliver a critical blow.

- Pirate - He can swim long distances and can find hidden treasures.  He is very strong in the water and he can get to places that are difficult to reach. He can fly with his parrot.  

- Knight - As a tank able to deal a lot of damage, he is a threat to monsters but also slower than other classes.  He has a "leap slam" that can use to attack groups of enemies or to retreat from battle to protect his comrades.
 
- Mage - This specialist in runes and magic has damage bonuses when using wands and runes and a reduced mana cost on his spells.  However, he is very fragile. He can use his "blink" ability to teleport himself a small distance away and avoid damage.

- Reaper - A skeleton that throws its head off, which bounces off enemies and objects.

If your character is killed during the game, nothing is lost. It can be reborn and enhanced to go adventuring again. In the game, you can find a variety of weapons. In addition to the classic weapons in other RPG games, you can also use boomerangs and grappling hooks. 

Build new structures in the village of Intori using the loot you have acquired in the dungeons. From blacksmith's workshops or even a place to go fishing, these will allow you to acquire new skills and tools that you can use on your journey.
