Filament is an adventure in which you discover the story of what happened aboard The Alabaster, one of the spaceships of the Filament Corporation. You will play as Juniper, the only member of the crew that is left on the ship. You have been abandoned by the rest of the crew and you don't know why. After recovering from the initial shock of being alone in a huge spaceship orbiting a mysterious planet, you decide to investigate the reasons behind the seemingly inexplicable disappearance of the rest of the crew. In order to do it, you will have to explore the ship searching for clues about what happened and solving cable-based puzzles.

The puzzles in Filament revolve around lighting different pillars by connecting them with colored cables as you move between them. The cable will light them up with the appropriate color when it touches them and you will have to follow different movement patterns in order to solve each puzzle.
