Iron Danger is a real-time tactical game developed by Action Squad Studios. It features a unique time manipulation mechanic that allows players to rewind and fast-forward through combat scenarios in order to find the perfect solution.

The game’s story follows Kipuna and her friends as they battle an ancient evil known as the Corruptor. Throughout their journey, Kipuna will use her newfound powers of time manipulation to turn the tide of battle against her enemies, taking advantage of moments in time when her foes are temporarily vulnerable or at a disadvantage.

Players can manipulate time by using ‘Time Shards’. These allow them to perform actions such as changing the direction of a projectile, reviving fallen allies or even controlling characters directly by ‘possessing’ them for short periods of time. This creative mechanic adds an extra layer of strategy on top of traditional tactics such as covering areas with projectiles and deploying troops efficiently.

Overall, Iron Danger provides intense tactical battles with its unique time manipulation system, adding another element to consider during heated engagements. It also offers rewarding single-player and co-op experiences that are sure to keep gamers engrossed for hours at a time.

    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Can I rewind time during enemy attack animations, or is the time-rewind mechanic only active while planning my actions?
The time rewind is active during both planning and enemy attack animations, allowing for precise adjustments to avoid attacks or reposition characters mid-fight.
If I successfully rewind time to avoid an attack, will enemy positions and attack patterns be reset, or will they continue their original actions?
Rewinding time does not reset enemy actions; enemies will continue their attack sequence from the point the rewind initiated, allowing for strategic planning based on their ongoing moves.
Does the 'time-rewind' ability have any limitations or a cooldown, or can it be used infinitely?
The time-rewind ability has a limited duration that depletes during use. When the bar is empty you can not rewind time. The bar refills over time.
How does the game handle the physics of objects and characters during time rewind, specifically if an object is moved or destroyed; does it affect the timeline?
Physics interactions and the state of objects are preserved during time rewind. If an object is moved or destroyed, rewinding time restores the objects to its state at the rewind start.
If I have multiple characters, can I rewind time for only one character's actions while the other continues their actions, or does rewinding affect all characters simultaneously?
Time rewind affects all characters and enemies simultaneously, as it is a global mechanic for the entire game world, not individual characters.
Are there any enemies that can manipulate time or counter the time-rewind mechanic?
Yes, some enemies possess abilities that can disrupt or manipulate time, adding an extra layer of challenge and strategic planning.
Does the environment play a role in the time-rewind mechanic? For example, can I use it to affect environmental hazards?
Yes, you can utilize time rewind with environmental hazards. You can rewind time to avoid being hit by a falling object or change your position relative to a hazard.
Can I use time rewind to 'learn' enemy attack patterns by repeatedly rewinding to a specific moment in a fight?
Yes, the time-rewind mechanic encourages experimentation. You can rewind time to observe and learn enemy attack patterns to find the best way to respond.
How does the game handle the display of the time rewind? Can I see a visual representation of how far back in time I am rewinding?
The game provides a visual representation of the time rewind duration, allowing you to easily manage and plan your actions.
Does the game offer any difficulty options that affect the duration of the time rewind, or any other time-based mechanics?
The game has difficulty options that can affect the duration of the time rewind.
