Don't Starve: Shipwrecked is the second expansion of Don't Starve, an action/adventure game in which you have to survive as long as possible in a randomly generated world. You must use the resources at your disposal to set up a camp and face the dangers of your environment. New in the expansion: Don't Starve: Shipwrecked offers a new environment including several new biomes such as beaches, jungle, mangroves or, of course, the ocean. Indeed, the ocean becomes a biome itself because the world of Shipwrecked is a kind of archipelago, and you will have to build a boat to navigate between the different islands. New biomes also mean new resources, new recipes, and craft components but also new potential dangers. You will also have the opportunity to move into the world of Reign of Giants. The four seasons are still present, however, the climate is tropical, so they are different from previous games. Four new characters are included, two of them are playable from the beginning, the other two can be unlocked through the game. Warning: Don't Starve: Shipwrecked only works with single player, as the expansion is not currently available on Don't Starve Together.
