Une prise en otage... --------------------------- J'ai commandé un téléviseur il y a 15 jours. La somme correspondante a été bloquée/réservée sur mon compte PayPal, mais pas de nouvelles depuis... Pas un seul message/Email. J'ai tenté de les contacter mais comme ils se cachent soigneusement, il n'y a pas moyen de parler à qui que ce soit. Les 3 messages que j'ai envoyés au moyen de leur formulaire Web sont restés sans réponse. Y a-t-il même un seul être humain? Le produit est en stock (j'ai appelé leur fournisseur qui me l'a confirmé) mais n'est toujours pas envoyé. Je ne peux les joindre, et mon argent est bloqué (non pas tiré mais bloqué). Leur fournisseur les a relancé 2 fois de ma part, mais cela n'a pas suffi pour qu'ils daignent me répondre... Cela peut durer encore longtemps. Si je prends le parti de commander chez un autre fournisseur, je suis obligé d'attendre le délai de 29 jours (au delà duquel je crois que les réservations PayPal expirent). Au XXIème siècle, où les commerçants répondent dans les quelques minutes de votre commande, laisser un client sans réponse pendant 15 jours fait un peu moyen-âge, non? Je vous encourage donc à éviter ce fournisseur qui semble ne pas faire grand cas de ses clients. Peut-être en a-t-il trop auquel cas c'est lui rendre service que d'aller vous fournir ailleurs... Je vous encourage en revanche à vous adresser à Monclick.fr. Amandine y a été charmante et a fait vraiment tout ce qu'elle pouvait pour m'aider. Voilà une maison qui mérite de réussir. Mais bon, je fais confiance à la sélection naturelle pour faire disparaître les boutiques qui ne méritent pas de survivre: Price Minister, tes jours sont comptés! G G C
A hostage situation... --------------------------- I ordered a TV set 15 days ago. The corresponding amount was blocked/reserved on my PayPal account, but no news since... Not a single message/Email. I tried to contact them but since they are carefully hiding, there is no way to talk to anyone. The 3 messages I sent through their web form went unanswered. Is there even one human being? The product is in stock (I called their supplier and they confirmed it) but still not shipped. I can't reach them, and my money is blocked (not pulled but blocked). Their supplier has contacted them twice on my behalf, but it was not enough for them to deign to answer me... This can go on for a long time. If I decide to order from another supplier, I will have to wait for the 29 day period (after which I believe the PayPal reservations expire). In the 21st century, where merchants respond within a few minutes of your order, leaving a customer without a response for 15 days is a bit medieval, isn't it? So I encourage you to avoid this supplier who doesn't seem to care about his customers. Maybe he has too many of them, in which case it's a favor to him to go and buy your products elsewhere... I encourage you to go to Monclick.fr. Amandine was charming and did everything she could to help me. This is a house that deserves to succeed. But I trust natural selection to make disappear the stores that don't deserve to survive: Price Minister, your days are counted! G G C

Open dispute: the seller has not responded to any message since the beginning and is not sending anything. It's 22/05 and priceminister tells me to wait 10 more days... don't talk about a refund.
