Steam ? De la merde en barre ! Aucun service après-vente, ou en tout cas d'une incompétence crasse. A la suite des déboire que j'ai pu avoir avec eux, je passe maintenant pas les réseau .torrent.

La première et la meilleur des plateformes de ventes de jeux dématérialisée. J'ai un compte depuis huit ans et jamais aucun soucis, en plus il y a pas mal d'amélioration tant au niveau communautaire et ergonomique qu'à des niveaux moins visibles ces derniers temps, comme des moyens de payements plus variés par exemple. Par rapport à ce que dis "Mécontent" c'est vraiment n'importe quoi, steam n'est pas responsable des serveurs de jeux d'éditeurs tiers, ni des serveurs de jeux dédiés. Ce n'est pas un live payant comme xbox ou autres. De plus les litiges en cas de vol, pertes, hack ou ban injustifié d'un compte sont souvent assez vite et assez bien régler, c'est assez ennuyeux d'être privé quelques jours de sa bibliothèque mais la conservation de ses preuves d'achats préviens tout problème dans ce genre de procédures (du moins la plupart).

Moreover, disputes in case of theft, loss, hack or unjustified banning of an account are often settled quite quickly and quite well, it's quite annoying to be deprived of one's library for a few days, but keeping one's proof of purchase prevents any problem in this kind of proceedings (at least most of them).

désolé de le dire mais steam c'est super décevant !! réseau médiocre, infestés de cheaters et on n'a pas le droit de s'amuser car les cheats sont officiellement interdits alors même que steam est incapable de vous garantir des serveurs propres; donc il y a toujours des idiots qui cheatent et ce n'est amusant que pour eux!! J'ai émis l'idée que c'est steam lui même qui les met en place car c'est ingénieux comme système : une fois banni beaucoup rachètent ... donc steam gagne ensuite on ne vous explique rien, pourquoi vous êtes banni ... deux fois j'ai exposé mes idées dans les discussion sur steam et deux fois j'ai été censuré et au final j'ai été banni des discussions !!! quel foutage de gueule quand même, les bons joueurs sont pris pour de la merde quoi. Alors pour toutes ces raisons, je ne recommande steam à personne !!! Personnellement j'y suis car j'ai acheté mw2 mais c'est tout et je ne rachèterai rien de plus c'est sûr.
Sorry to say it but steam is super disappointing!! poor network, infested with cheaters and we are not allowed to have fun because cheats are officially forbidden even though steam is unable to guarantee you clean servers; so there are always idiots cheating and it's only fun for them!! I've suggested that Steam itself sets them up because it's an ingenious system: once banished many buy up... so steam wins. then we don't explain to you why you're banned... Twice I exposed my ideas in discussions on steam and twice I was censored and in the end I was banned from the discussions!! what a fuck up anyway, good players are taken for shit what. So for all these reasons, I don't recommend steam to anyone !!! Personally I'm there because I bought mw2 but that's it and I won't buy anything more for sure.
