Difmark affiche "Compte Steam", mais cache qu’il est partagé et limité au hors-ligne derrière une micro-icône "œil" invisible. C’est un dark pattern (interface trompeuse). Ne lâchez rien, voici comment vous faire rembourser : 1. Poussez le support au refus : Ouvrez un litige sur Difmark. Le vendeur va vous proposer 50% de remboursement. Refusez. Attendez leur non officiel par écrit (indispensable pour la suite). 2. Lancez un Chargeback (Banque/Google Pay) : Allez sur votre appli bancaire, contestez le débit pour "Produit non conforme / Pratique trompeuse". L'astuce : Joignez une capture de la page en entourant l'icône œil en rouge. Les banques valident quasi toujours. 3. Alertez DLCompare : Envoyez un message au support pour signaler ces dérives. Plus on signale, plus ils seront poussés à déréférencer ce marchand qui détruit leur image. (scrollez en bas de la page -> contact) 4. Avis Trustpilot : Laissez un avis 1 étoile décrivant l'arnaque.

Banks almost always validate. 3. Alert DLCompare: Send a message to support to report these abuses. DO NOT BUY FROM DIFMARK! I've bought a steam account from the "legendary" seller VoDoo_Gaming , but they DO NOT sell accounts, they do account sharing, that is against Steam ToS, furthermore you can't play online, and can be banned with your legit account too if you do so, they tell you to use the account in offline mode to go against the ToS of Steam. I didn't accept the account sharing, being against the service provider ToS, makes it an illegal digital transaction. I asked for a refund that they are denying, I'm opening a case with the credit card company. Difmark the company does not reply to tickets and in their terms of services are protecting their scammers, all the sellers use the same methods. BEWARE. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL. Une grosse arnaque. N'acheter jamais auprès de ce vendeur. Il ne vous fourni pas le compte avec la boite mail associée pour en devenir propriétaire mais juste le pseudo et le mot de passe pour vous y connecter temporairement pour ensuite jouer "hors ligne". Bien sûr cela n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce et le vendeur refuse tout remboursement
A big scam. Never buy from this seller. He doesn't provide you with the account and associated mailbox to become the owner, just the username and password to log in temporarily and then play "offline". Of course, this is not specified in the ad and the seller refuses any refund.

J’ai acheté un compte pour No Rest for the Wicked via Difmark. Après connexion, Steam m’a affiché un message indiquant que le jeu était déjà lancé sur un autre ordinateur. Cela prouve que c’était un compte partagé, et non un compte privé. Le produit est donc non conforme, inutilisable correctement et avec un risque de déconnexion ou de ban. J’ai contacté le vendeur et ouvert un ticket auprès du support. Le service client est extrêmement lent, voire inexistant, et la situation n’a toujours pas été réglée correctement. J’ai dû demander un remboursement pour un produit qui ne correspond pas à ce qui est vendu. Expérience très décevante, je déconseille fortement ce site.

After logging in, Steam showed me a message saying that the game was already running on another computer, which proves that it was a shared account, not a private one. I contacted the vendor and opened a support ticket. Customer service is extremely slow, if not non-existent, and the situation still hasn't been resolved properly. I had to ask for a refund for a product that doesn't correspond to what is sold. Very disappointing experience, I strongly advise against this site.

Es una estafa, al día siguiente se ponen contacto conmigo y me dan acceso a una cuenta de epic games vinculada a un correo de gmail al que no te dan acceso para poder quitarte el acceso cuando ellos quieran y te dicen que esta prohibido cambiar los correos y contraseñas osinó pierdes todo también te dicen que en la descripción pone que no tienes acceso total a la cuenta lo cual es mentira. La cuenta ya tiene amigos y logros, La misma cuenta esta siendo revendida a todos.
