Edit.: They sent me my real Activation code with no explanation. My free weekend is gone and my will to shop again on Gamesload is gone also. Waiting three days for delivery of software activation code is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Do not provide online services and online shop, without adequate staff in support!

I have purchased Dark Souls Remaster for nice discounted price. Confirmation email came imediately, but instead of Activation key there is only some kind of default template: {_SERIAL_NB_1}. I cannot view my activation key on their website. I cannot resend email with my legit activation key. Filled ticket on their support page two times. Wrote them email asking for real Activation key, that I have payed for. No answer for three days. Definitely a SCAM site. Do NOT purchase anything!

I registered, bought my game and had the keycode to download Battlefield 3 off EA's Origin system within 5 minutes of finding the site. Totally happy with this retailer. They're cheaper, more efficient and safer than buying directly from bloody EA.

Bonjour Galdric, tu vas peut être pouvoir m'aider. J'ai acheté le jeu pc farming simulator 2019 en téléchargement ce matin pour mon fils.Après avoir téléchargement l'intégralité du fichier, j'ai fait comme on m'a dit dans le mail de confirmation de commande j'ai lancé l'installation du jeu en double cliquant sur le fichier exe. J'ai des messages d'erreur qui s'affiche ( le fichier source est altéré......) installation impossible !!! que dois je faire ? merci
Hello, Galdric, you might be able to help me. I bought the game pc farming simulator 2019 for my son this morning and after downloading the whole file, I did as I was told in the order confirmation email I started the installation of the game by double clicking on the exe file. I have error messages that appears (the source file is corrupted......) installation impossible !!! what should I do ? thank you.
