Support is really bad. Seems to be many people on their volunteer support board complaining of being sold keys that do not work, myself included. Support takes weeks to respond. Issue still unresolved.

I have something like 10 games in gamersgate, I love the easy download feature and the fact that you have a place where your games are stored but without having to log in to run them. They also have a large pool of indie games and regular price drops (just like steam).
