However, Sony's State of Play stream did put an end to such a drought and left the fans of the survival horror series with a frist impression about the combat in the upcoming game.

A modern take on a classic

With enhanced graphics and modern features, the new Silent Hill 2 feels like a totally different game while keeping the spirit of the original. In a vertain way, it looks very similar to the Resident Evil 2 remake but the fans of the series will surely appreciate the differences. Developer Bloober Team has created a remake with a combat that has evolved a lot. It offers more choices, it's brutal, and more appealing visually.
