PES 2020 will include Italian Serie A

FIFA and Pro Evolution Soccer series have been in a hard competition for the rights of the most famous football leagues all over the world for quite long. When one of them manages to license a league or a team, changes are to be reflected in both games. It happened when Konami lost the rights for the Champions League, and it's going to happen now that they have licensed the whole Serie A for Pro Evolution Soccer 2020. The fight between EA and Konami forces the loser to use different names for certain teams, but this year it seems that Electronic Arts is going to have to share when it comes to the most important Italian football league, except in the case of Juventus, whose exclusive rights are in possession of the Japanese gaming conglomerate. This is reflected in the cover of Pro Evolution Soccer 2020, that shows Juve midfielder Miralem Pjanić among other famous players.

From the player's perspective, it's great that Pro Evolution Soccer 2020 is giving some steps in the right direction when it comes to licenses.
