PAYDAY 3 discards Denuvo ahead of launch

We have very good news for those players eagerly waiting to immerse in the world of PAYDAY 3. The controversial DENUVO anti-piracy software won't be present when the game releases in a few days. Developer Starbreeze has revealed that the studio has decided to remove the DRM system from the game. The announcement has been made on a brief official statement published on the PAYDAY 3 page in Steam. Although no reasons have been revealed for such a decision, it's very clear that the discomfort that DENUVO generates among many players coupled with the performance issues that it causes are relevant enough for it to be discarded.
