Arc B770 with 16GB spotted in Intel Battlemage BMG-G31 leak
In a marketplace where the RTX 5070, 5060 Ti, and RX 9070 are available at reasonable prices, Intel could make a significant impact with a GPU that effectively leverages XeSS 2. We are referring to the Arc B770, which is expected to be the top model of the upcoming Battlemage series. Its performance and pricing look quite competitive. Initial leaks have emerged, showing great potential.
A new Intel ARC graphics card has been identified online, associated with a PCI Device ID of e221 and equipped with 16GB of VRAM. This GPU is thought to be Intel’s unreleased Battlemage B770 graphics card, classified as a BMG-G31 product. This indicates its design is aimed at delivering seamless 1440p gaming, with specifications that closely match those of the RX 9070. What remains unclear is the precise clock speed of its GDDR6 modules.

The GPU was first noticed by @GowroskiT on Twitter/X. Intel has yet to officially announce this GPU. Nonetheless, earlier leaks have provided a wealth of information about it. The graphics card appears to utilize a 16x PCIe 5.0 interface. Additionally, it seems to consist of 32 Xe2 cores and 16GB of GDDR6 memory.
This 16GB GPU is anticipated to target gamers. However, not every Battlemage B31 GPU will come with this amount of frame buffer. Intel could easily produce an ARC PRO series GPU boasting 32GB of GDDR6 memory using the same memory configuration, making it perfect for workstation users.
Speculation indicates that the Intel Arc B770 may debut towards the end of 2025, with a price tag ranging from $350 to $450. Intel's primary hurdle will be strengthening its relationships with third-party manufacturers.
While the Intel ARC B770 is generating buzz, there's no need to wait for speculation to come true to experience smooth, contemporary gaming performance. The Intel ARC B580 already provides great value with solid ray tracing capabilities, XeSS upscaling, and dependable performance for the most popular games today.
