Far Cry 6's first DLC releases next week

Not too long ago, Ubisoft revealed the content included in the Far Cry 6 Season Pass, which we covered in a previous article along with other information about the game. Not only it includes Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon and several cosmetic items, it also comes with three DLCs for the latest game in the Far Cry series. The announcement was quite a surprise because those expansions will allow you to explore the past and motivations of three iconic villains from previous Far Cry games: Vaas Montenegro from Far Cry 3, Pagan Minn from Far Cry 4, and Joseph Seed from Far Cry 5.

We knew that the first one would arrive soon, and a tweet from actor Michael Mando, who starred Vaas Montenegro in Far Cry 3, confirms that it will be available on November 16. Vaas: Insanity will allow you to delve into the mind of this violent, sadistic, and brutal psychopath. Of course, this is just an excuse to learn more about him and immerse yourself in a roguelike experience for the first time in Far Cry. It will be quite an epic journey for the fans that had to deal with him in Far Cry 3.

Vaas: Insanity is a paid DLC, so you will have to purchase Far Cry 6 Season Pass to access it. The two other DLCs, Pagan: Control and Joseph: Collapse, will become available in January and March 2022, respectively. If becoming a villain is not your thing, you don't have to worry about additional content either, as Far Cry 6 will also receive several crossover missions featuring Stranger Things, Rambo, and Dani Trejo in the upcoming months.
