Developers Klei Entertainment (Don't Starve Together) and Massive Monster (Cult of the Lamb), have managed to create an experience appealing to the fans of both games to celebrate the first anniversary of Cult of the Lamb and the 10th anniversary of the Don't Starve series.
The best of both worlds
If you are a fan of Don't Starve Together you will see the addition of plenty of items related to Cult of the Lamb, including the Crown, which you can get by fishing from the oasis lake. You can give it to the Antlion to get new blueprints. Also, you will get The Lamb, The Lamb's Blade, Flock's Chest, and The Lamb's Reward item skins if you log in to Don't Starve Together.
Meanwhile, Cult of the Lamb players will be able to recruit a new member for their cults: Webber. This spider-like follower will allow you to unlock a new gameplay mode, Penitence, which is inspired by the mechanics in Don't Starve and will put to the test your management and survival capabilities. Also, there are brand new decorations taken available, including the Alchemy Engine, Deerclops Figure, Marble Tree, Pig Head Flag, Science Machine, Potted Treeguard, and Hay Wall.
