The island has served as a prison and research facility over the years and hides plenty of secrets. As a scenario, it offers plenty of opportunities for ambushes, experiences to discover, and varied environments to explore. Also, it's one of the biggest round-based maps that will be available on this mode and it's full of scripted encounters that help the story move forward and enhance the level of immersion.

Terminus Island feels like a self-contained independent experience that offers unique gameplay opportunities in terms of exploration and story. It will surely be quite appealing to those players looking for respite from PvP and the campaign in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
