In the game's storyline, this time, Bubsy embarks on an interplanetary adventure. His arch-enemies—the Woolies—have kidnapped all the sheep on Earth for mechanical experiments. However, the sheep have rebelled and transformed into "BaaBots," subsequently stealing Bubsy’s own "Golden Fleece." Players will travel with Bubsy across strange planets themed around crafts (yarn, thread, fabric...) to reclaim his treasure and defeat the BaaBot bosses.
