CD Projekt Red teases Cyberpunk 2077 news for June

It's not that CD Projekt Red has been completely silent about the development of Cyberpunk 2077 during the last few months but there is always room for more information in the minds of the fans who are eagerly waiting for the release of the game. If the release of Cyberpunk 2077 had followed its original schedule we would be already playing it, but since it has been delayed a few months players are going to need something to entertain themselves with. The cancelation of E3 2020 is also another missed opportunity to learn more about Cyberpunk 2077 but it seems that CD Projekt Red is planning to host some kind of event to show a bit more of their upcoming game. The official Cyberpunk 2077 account on Twitter has been the platform chosen to announce it.

Although not much has been revealed about the event so far it's quite clear that the developers will reveal more information about Cyberpunk 2077. That much has been confirmed by CD Projekt global community lead Marcin Momot, who has said on his Twitter account that "Stuff will be shown!". In August 2019 we had the opportunity to watch a video that showed 48 minutes of gameplay and showcased quite a few of the mechanics in the game. We don't know yet what kind of footage will be shown in Night City Wire, but we hope to be able to get accurate information about the state of development of Cyberpunk 2077.

We already know that CD Projekt Red has no plans for a closed/open beta, so any additional info about Cyberpunk 2077 will be coming from official sources. It makes a lot of sense in order to avoid spoiling the story in the game and probably not needed. After all, the studio made a great job with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt so we can rest assured that Cyberpunk 2077 will be quite a true masterpiece.
